Last year I had a few memorable times at Millay's parklet when I needed escape. But soon she will be gone, and in her place an empty sidewalk space will be there once again. I'm left with a few photos I shot when I visited there. At the risk of being sentimental, the frames evoke a memory of a lush life that happened on that corner.
I used to visit all the very gay places
Those come what may places Where one relaxes on the axis of the wheel of life To get the feel of life From jazz and cocktails.
