Damaged wines during Shipment: If you received a broken bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to resolve the situation. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
