100% Gruner Veltliner from Spring Hill Vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Half of the grapes were direct pressed and fermented in concrete eggs and the other half was fermented with skin contact in large acacia barrels. An intense, richly flavored Gruner that drinks almost like a red wine!
