Alsace Pinot Gris "Bruch", Domaine Lissner 2020

100% Pinot Gris grown in the lower part of the Altenberg Grand Cru vineyard. The grapes were macerated for six weeks resulting in a bright cherry color, quite extraordinary for a Pinot Gris wine. Aged 8 months in demimuids, no additives and no added sulfur.
