Bourgogne Aligoté "La croisette", Domaine La Varenne 2020

From the Chalonnaise region of Burgundy just south of Beaune. Organically farmed Aligoté from 50-year-old vines planted in a tiny less than an acre plot. Manually harvested and vinified naturally, without additives and very minimal added sulfites, just enough to maintain freshness. Aged for ten months in neutral oak barrels and bottled unfiltered.
