Cevennes IGP Syrah "Treesor", Domaine Lous Grezes 2017

100% Syrah from organically farmed vines planted on very chalky soil. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 30 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered without added sulfites. In blind tastings this was mistaken for a Côte-Rôtie!
