Clair Obscur Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune "Puits de Chaux" 2021

From organically and biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir vines planted in 1963 near Puligny-Montrachet. Vinified naturally without additives. Very small dose of natural sulfur from volcanic mines is added during barrel aging. Bottles unfined and unfiltered withou addition of sulfur. 2021 is a small but wonderful vintage.
