Domaine Courbet Côtes du Jura Savagnin

Savagnin grown organically and biodynamically at the foot of Château-Chalon. Vinified naturally, without additives and very little added sulfites. After fermentation, the wine is aged for another 12 months in neutral oak barrels without topping off. This extended aging allows flore yeasts to settle on the wine, concentrating the flavors.
