Domaine Croix-Charnay Beaujolais-Villages "Au Levant" 2021

Iris Mauclert and Vincent Lebegure are self-taught winemakers who tasted and trained with winegrowers, including Antoine Foucault and Cyril Fhal. They took over the small vineyard of La Croix-Charnay in 2018, making wines very lower intervention and very little if any added sulfites. Altogether they have 1.5 ha of Gamy vines. This is from young Gamay vines planted in quartz soils on a slope.
