Domaine Einhart Alsace White (Orange) "Oolithe" 2022

A blend of Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Auxerrois, and Pinot Blanc from organically farmed vines in limestone, clay soils. Vinified naturally, without additives and no added sulfites. Fermented with 4 days of skin maceration. Bottled unfined, and unfiltered. A luscious, full-bodied white with superb layers of flavors.
