Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Sake Bessen Bundle

A special select saké from legendary producer Juyondai and another legendary saké producer Kikuhime. This is sold only as a bundle.

The Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Bessen is made with 100% Yamadanishiki from the Bashu region of Hyogo. Both koji rice and steamed rice are polished down to 45%, making this a rare Morohaku style Junmai Daiginjo.

The Kikuhime Yamahai Ginjo Genshu is made with 100% Yamadanishiki from Yokowa AAA rated Yamadanishiki milled to 55%. A rich, 18.5% alcohol sake made in the time-consuming Yamahai method.
