100% organically farmed Gamay from schisty soils. Vinified naturally in the traditional Burgundian way, not with carbonic maceration. Half destemmed and half whole cluster. Aged in old oak barrels for 11 months before bottling. A beautiful Gamay that continues to develop with age.
