Made with Sankei Nishiki and Hitogokochi rice, both from Nagano, polished down to 55%. This is the free-run juice, the first sake from the brewing. Unpasteurized and undiluted. Crisp and clean with sweet fruity flavors. Great with both light and rich dishes because of its fresh acidity and its strong undiluted flavors.
