Matsuura Shishi no Sato Junmai Daiginjo "Aiyama" 720ml

Made with the rare rice variety Aiyama grown only in Hyogo. Aiyama rice has a big kernel with a large center of starch like Yamadanishiki. However, this center is soft, hence very difficult to polish down to make Junmai Daiginjo. Yet Matsuura Brewery makes this superb Junmai Daiginjo with Aiyama. Very limited availability!
