Matsuura Shuzo Junmai Ginjo Sparking Sake "Sen" 375ml

From Ishikiwa this is made with Yamadanishiki rice polished to 50%. The effervescence in this sake is produced by natural secondary fermentation in the bottle producing fine textured bubbles. Similar to a petillant naturel (Petnat) in wine. Floral fragrance, light sweetness and refreshing texture with just 13% alcohol make this a versatile sake to enjoy by itself as aperitif or with any food.
