Sentium Mendocino Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Produced by the Mondavi Family at Continuum Estate in Napa. This is bottled under a different label because the Sauvignon Blanc is purchased from farmers in Mendocino, where it is grown organically. The juice is fermented in equal parts concrete, large barrels, and stainless steel and aged  10 months on the lees before being bottled.
