Tsuchida Junmai Meat Lovers Only Sake 720ml

Made using the old bodaimto way of make a sake starter using local Asahi no Yume rice from Gunma. Rice polishing was only 90%. High acidity with strong umami flavor especially when served warm. Perfect with steak or pork dishes. 16% alcohol.
