Juyonda Junmai Honmaru 1.8L

From Yamagata made with Gohyakumangaku rice polished down to 55%. A unique Honjozo style saké made using a secret or hidden technique (Tamamushi) passed down over 14 generations. Brewing alcohol made by distilling sake left over after the brewing season is added. This saké has been a great success for Juyondai and has helped it become famous. Bottled only in isshobin.
