100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 40 to 50 year-old  biodynamically farmed vines in the Anjou area near Layon. Vinified naturally, with native years, no additives, and no added sulfites with an extended two-month maceration. But this is not big, powerful Cabernet, but medium-bodied and fruity and easy to drink. A highly pleasurable wine!
