!00% Cabernet France from the vineyards of Frere Fontanel and Domaine Alban in Touraine. About two-thirds of the grapes were direct pressed and one-third skin-maceerated for 24 hours before being pressed. Native fermentation, no additives, no added sulfites during fermentation and aging. Small dose of sulfites at botling. Less than 300 cases made. A cheerful, light rosé with a gorgeous freshness.
