Vin de France White Sauvignon Blanc "Emmenez-moi", Marie Rocher 2020

Sauvignon Blanc grown in the former vineyard of Bruno Allion. Marie took a very simple approach in making it. She fermented with wild yeasts, added nothing, did not use any sulfites, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. She picked the healthy grapes at perfect ripeness so the wine turned out to be really beautiful. Having worked with Bruno Allion, Marie is experienced in working with Sauvignon Blanc.
